Founder and Director
As the Director of Zaghou Consulting, I demonstrate specialist insight and experience from having held dynamic roles across various industries for the past 20 years, including the public sector, railway, automotive, and aerospace industries. I hold a track record as an effective Programme and Project Manager, having served and consulted to prestigious organisations like ABSL, ESA, NASA, Thales, Hitachi Rail, TfL, Nissan, GSK, IBM, and easyJet.
In my current role at Zaghou Consulting, I am leveraging my experiences and expertise to shape the strategic direction of the company and deliver outstanding consulting services. My focus remains on the design and implementation of transformative strategies and solutions that drive sustainable success for our clients. As a people-focused systems thinker, I am always ready to bring creative solutions to complex organisational problems.

As a partner at Zaghou Consulting, I leverage my extensive background in business economics, public policy, and infrastructure development. My experience includes pivotal roles in both the public and private sectors. At the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Worship of the Argentine Republic, I enhanced global commercial strategies and significantly influenced foreign policy. I also led an Executive Program on Public Private Investment Management, providing key decision-makers with the tools needed for successful infrastructure projects.

With over 12 years of diverse experience across the manufacturing, supply chain, construction and IT sectors, I pride myself as a Principal Consultant at Zaghou Consulting.
During my time with renowned organisations like IPEX Group and Schneider Electric Inc, I’ve been at the forefront of implementing complex projects, always ensuring that my teams not only meet but often surpass their project targets. I am a firm believer in the power of innovation, and my penchant for “daring to disrupt” has consistently yielded remarkable outcomes, including a 95% delivery rate on time and within budget, along with a significant surge in customer satisfaction.
I now take an exhilarating leap by becoming a Principal Consultant at Zaghou Consulting.
